It is the mission of the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS® Affiliate Committee to encourage and foster a strong and mutually beneficial partnership between the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS® members and it’s affiliates by:
- Providing Educational opportunities
- Supporting REALTOR-sponsored meetings, courses, events and community service projects
- Creating networking opportunities that promote the idea of "Think affiliates first!"
- Emphasizing cooperation and partnership with one and other
- Maintaining a positive attitude and actively participating in affiliate committee meetings

Petell has been an active and valued member of the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS®, demonstrating a strong commitment to building connections between LRBR’s Affiliate and REALTOR® members. His involvement, enthusiasm, and willingness to contribute have made a meaningful impact on the organization.
As Chair of LRBR’s Affiliate Committee, Eric has played an important role in strengthening Affiliate engagement and creating opportunities for networking, collaboration, and relationship-building among members. His leadership reflects the spirit of partnership that is essential to the success of the real estate industry throughout the Lakes Region.
