Realtor of the Year

The REALTOR®️ of the Year is the highest honor we can bestow on one of our members. This individual displays outstanding excellence in their dedication to the work place, their piers, the community, and the REALTOR®️ organization.

Do you know someone who has been an exceptional worker, dedicated to civic work, has great REALTOR® spirit, and has been an active member of the Board? You can nominate them for REALTOR® of the Year! The selection will be based upon actual performance shown below.

  1. REALTOR SPIRIT – High principles, faithfulness to laws and regulations of the Code of Ethics and local Board. Furtherance of principles of good real estate practice among other brokers and the general public.
  2. ACTIVITY IN LOCAL BOARD – Participation with the Board office and committees
  3. ACTIVITY IN CIVIC AFFAIRS – Local, state and national participation in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, political action, and fraternal or religious groups.
  4. ACTIVITY IN (NHAR) STATE ASSOCIATION – Office and committee work, special assignments, seminar activity and education work.
  5. ACTIVITY IN (NAR) NATIONAL ASSOCIATION – Office and committee work, membership and offices held in institutes, councils, etc.
  6. BUSINESS ACCOMPLISHMENTS – Public recognition of business conduct, exceptional service to clients, imaginative and creative advertising programs, rehabilitation work, land utilization efforts, etc.

CONGRATULATIONS to Nikki Morrison of Badger Peabody Smith in Littleton being Named our 2026 REALTOR of the YEAR!

Nikki Morrison has been a REALTOR® for nearly 15 years, and throughout her career she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to professionalism, service, and leadership. She has generously dedicated her time and talents to the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS®, serving on numerous committees, contributing as a member of the Board of Directors, and previously leading the organization as President.

If there is a project that needs a volunteer, a committee that needs support, or an event that requires organization, Nikki is consistently among the first to step forward and say, “Yes, I can do that!” Her willingness to serve, paired with a positive and solution-focused attitude, has made a lasting and meaningful impact on the Association, its members, and the broader community.
