LRBR 2025 REALTOR OF THE YEAR!

CONGRATULATIONS to Liz Swenson of Berkshire Hatahway HomeServices Verani Realty in Belmont being Named our 2025 REALTOR of the YEAR!

Liz is a servant at heart.  She was blessed to have parents, especially her mother, who modeled a life of service grounded in a strong faith in God. Liz strives daily to live by the Golden Rule, and that foundation naturally influences every aspect of her real estate career.

Whether it's helping a first-time buyer find their very first home or assisting a senior in selling the home they've cherished for a lifetime, Liz understands that these moments are more than just transactions. They require empathy, care, and a deep sense of responsibility . These are qualities she aims to bring to every client relationship.

Liz takes her fiduciary duty seriously, not just in serving her clients, but also in how she interacts with fellow Realtors and everyone she encounters throughout the real estate process. Integrity matters. If Liz makes a mistake, she owns it. She aims to have good communications, service, honesty, and respect as the cornerstones of everything she does.
